Cirencester CAMRA is faced with an application for change of use of The Twelve Bells in Cirencester which was our Pub of the Year for many years and Gloucestershire Pub of the Year in 2001. There is absolutely no justification for its change of use.
The Planning Application is Cotswold District Council Planning Application 25/03700/FUL
