Siren Brewery is well known for its ‘Broken Dream Breakfast Stout’, which secured the title of CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Britain in 2018. Now you too can sample this acclaimed brew right here in Cheltenham.
Siren has taken over the former BrewDog premises in Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter, marking the brand’s first expansion beyond Berkshire. Under the direction of General Manager Regina Aponte, formerly of The Strand, the site has been elegantly refurbished. Please note that the venue operates on a cashless basis, accepting card payments only.
The draught selection comprises three cask ales, including the celebrated ‘Broken Dream Breakfast Oatmeal Stout’, alongside thirty craft keg beers. Offerings include a Caribbean Chocolate Cake stout, a range of IPAs, Pilsners, hazy pale ales, bitters, a Madeira barrel-aged Berliner Weisse and rotating guest beers. A 0.5% ABV option is available for those preferring a lower alcohol content. A comprehensive selection of canned and bottled beers from leading independent UK breweries is stocked in the refrigerator, establishing the site as a destination for enthusiasts.
The bar also features a cocktail and wine list, complemented by a menu designed to suit different tastes.
